The Myers Briggs Type Indicator
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is the world’s most popular measure of personal style.

A very versatile tool, it is widely used for individual development, team building, improving communication, and career and relationship counselling.

The MBTI describes an individual’s preferences on four dimensions, indicating a unique personal style within 16 ‘Types’.

1. Personal Profile for Individuals

A two hour appointment during which you will:
Complete the questionnaire and receive personalised feedback in a one to one session with the facilitator.
Explore how this information can help you in your present work, your future decisions and your interactions with colleagues.

2. Understand Yourself – Understand Your Team
A Myers Briggs One-Day Team Workshop

An enjoyable and informative one day workshop designed to help you to:
Discover your own personal style preferences.
Recognise your own and others strengths.
  Identify your potential weak spots.
Appreciate and value people of opposite types in your team.
  Understand other people’s perspectives.
Reduce and manage stress within the team.
  Allocate tasks appropriately.
