(Organisational Culture)

A Two Day Workshop

The key elements of the initial 2 day workshop are as follows:
A. Inquiry into the existing culture and values of the organisation
How are they expressed in reality in people's actions, the
organisation's processes, procedures and operations, and in interactions
with customers and colleagues?
What are the strengths of the existing values?
Where are the misalignments and disconnects?
What are the misalignments between people's personal values and
those of the organisation? Where are the stress points? How does this stress affect the business?
B. An inquiry into the kind of values that would enable the vision and goals of the organisation to be realised, and maximise the satisfaction of people working there
What are the most desirable values for this organisation to be
successful?
  Can we align on them?
If we cannot align on these, what can we align on?
C. Project design
What outcomes would be an expression of the fulfilment of these
values? Can we align on these? How could we work together to achieve them?
How could the results be measured, and by when would they be
achieved?
  Design projects to fulfil outcomes.
Design a support structure to fulfil projects over time, including
coaching and follow up work days.
