As the world races towards globalisation, the ability to develop and retain managers with a truly international and global approach is becoming one of the biggest challenges most companies face today.   Competition is intensifying in all markets and industries.  Even in those seemingly secure areas, tomorrow's challenges are becoming today's realities.  How companies respond depends on how well prepared their managers are in facing the challenges that the global market brings.

Target Audience

By the end of this seminar the participants will be able to:
Understand the impact of cultural differences in doing business globally
  Better deploy their company resources

Method
The seminar is highly interactive in nature.  Through active briefing, discussion and enactment of authentic business scenarios (drawn from the clients' own business world), participants are involved in learning and practising new skills.   Case studies and role play exercises are used extensively for maximum impact.
